Defective products or products damaged during shipping
In case you receive a damaged or defective product please notify us immediately. These products are elegible for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
Any other reason
For reasons other than defective or damaged products, we accept returns under the following conditions
- The product was purchased in the last 21 days
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide instructions. Have your order number ready. This is available in the email confirmation you received at time of purchase

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Influencer Mall.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
